Although your bank has approved the transaction, it must undergo a separate security check with our payment gateway. This check compares the billing information provided by your issuing bank.
If the address, postcode, or CVV code does not match the billing information associated with your debit or credit card, our payment gateway may decline the transaction based on these security measures.
No money will be exchanged, so your bank will display these transactions as Pending or Approved and may place a temporary hold (often referred to as a “reserve”) on the funds or available credit. This hold typically lasts between 1 and 5 business days.
