A. When placing your order, ensure that your payment card registration address matches your billing address. If not, your transaction will be rejected by our Payment Gateway as it will not clear the AVS checks and show as a pending transaction on your bank statement.
Any pending transaction showing on your bank statement should drop back into your account between 3-5 working days (varies between different providers).
