A. Please follow the steps below:
1. Delete the pairing information from your watch.
2. Delete the pairing information from your app.
3. Check your phone is not in airplane mode
4. Check your watch is not in airplane mode
5. Check the Bluetooth is switched on, on your device
6. Check you have downloaded the correct app on your device
7. Delete the app from your device and then turn off your device. Wait for a couple of seconds, turn the device back on and re-install the app.
