Your transaction may have been rejected because of a problem with the Address Verification Service (AVS). This can happen if your billing address does not match, if you have insufficient funds, or if you tried to make multiple payments.
If your payment has declined again after the second attempt, we advise contacting your bank for further assistance regarding why the payment has been declined.
If your bank shows the amount as pending, the funds should return to your account within 5-7 business days. Contact your bank directly to recover these funds if they have not returned after 5 working days.
Since we did not process the payment, Casio cannot help with any reversals.
