A. We can only advise that a trained Casio engineer undertake adjustment to a linked strap and although, jewellers and watch retailers will probably carry out the adjustment if any damage is caused during this process it will not be covered under the warranty.

Alternatively specify which links you require to be removed or added. Please also enclose a copy of the receipt or relevant proof of purchase for items under warranty as items sent without this or items outside of the warranty period may receive a charge for this service.
