Also, check you have the correct Casio App installed on the phone and the Bluetooth settings of the phone are configured correctly.
iPhone Users
- Settings > Bluetooth > On
- Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth Sharing > then select "On" for the relevant Casio App.
Android Users
- Enable Bluetooth.
*On some phones you will need to disable the Bluetooth smart settings.
